Project Manager IV

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects across various domains, including IT, product development, and organizational change initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, extensive project management expertise, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence through effective project execution and stakeholder management.

Duties

- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management utilizing methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and Kanban to ensure successful delivery.

- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships to facilitate seamless project execution.

- Oversee requirements gathering, requirements management, and change management processes to adapt to evolving project needs.

- Utilize tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Visio, SharePoint, Confluence, Trello, Workday, Basecamp, Project Server, and ServiceNow for planning, tracking, and reporting.

- Conduct data analysis and data collection to inform decision-making and project adjustments.

- Manage stakeholder communication through presentations and regular updates to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Implement quality management practices to uphold standards throughout the project lifecycle.

- Drive product management and product development initiatives by coordinating with relevant teams.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards while managing risks proactively.

Requirements

- Proven experience supervising large-scale projects with demonstrated success in project management methodology application (PMBOK preferred).

- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as SAFe and Kanban; experience with Waterfall methodologies is also essential.

- Expertise in IT project management including ERP systems, Salesforce, SAS, Workday, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and other enterprise tools.

- Demonstrated vendor management skills coupled with negotiation capabilities.

- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team management and organizational development.

- Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement at all levels.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

- Data analysis skills for monitoring project performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.

- Experience in requirements gathering and requirements management processes.

- Familiarity with project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Visio; proficiency in risk management and quality assurance practices is highly desirable.
