Infrastructure Estimating:

Responsibilities Include:

Work with Electrical and Mechanical Engineers to design water and waste water facilities.

Promptly respond to bid proposals from general contractors based on drawings and Request for Proposals (RFP).

Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and materials required

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects

Review subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure accuracy and completeness

Prepare bid packages and submit proposals to clients on time

Participate in pre-bid meetings and post-bid negotiations

Assist in value engineering efforts to optimize project costs

Maintain organized records of all estimates, bids, and related documents

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
