Reports To: Project Manager / Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Project Coordinator for a one-day assignment in Greeley, Colorado. This role involves onsite coordination, communication, and basic computer work to support field operations. The candidate must have a valid TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) to access the site. Strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and vendors

Use spreadsheets, email, and digital tools to track tasks and updates

Keep accurate notes and documentation throughout the workday

Help maintain order, safety, and access control at the job site

Requirements:

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficient in basic computer applications (email, Excel, checklists)

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Able to adapt quickly and follow instructions

Preferred:

Previous experience supporting construction, energy, logistics, or industrial projects
