About This Job
Job Description:
The project coordinator is responsible for managing customer solar projects. They will use our CRM and work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that all projects are moving forward and getting completed on time. Project coordinators will work with the Project Manager to improve processes when necessary to make the process smoother and quicker.
•
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers .
•
Work independently and with team members to move projects from sale to completion. Which includes but not limited to Approvals from customers, submitting net metering agreements, structural letters, permitting, scheduling installation, completing post install net metering tasks, and filling out state tax documentation if applicable.
•
Manage project data and documentation in CRM programs.
•
Ensure project notes are current and accurate.
•
Ensuring timely fulfillment of projects by regularly following up with internal and external teams.
•
Providing support on aspects such as permitting and utility connection.
•
Scheduling with customers as well as making sure that works for internal and external entities.
•
All other tasks reasonably associated with this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
