About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Project Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and execution of various technical projects. In this role, you'll work closely with project managers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in engineering, construction management, or business who is looking to grow in the field of project management.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Support project planning, scheduling, and execution for outages and maintenance tasks.

•

Track and monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

•

Assist with procurement, vendor coordination, and contract management.

•

Prepare project updates and reports for management.

•

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

•

Participate in long-term strategic planning for assigned projects.

•

Support outage coordination and documentation processes.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

•

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field OR Associate degree + 2 years technical experience OR High school diploma/GED + 4 years technical experience

Skills:

•

Basic understanding of project management principles

•

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

•

Strong communication and organizational skills

•

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred (Nice to Have):

•

PMP Certification

•

Construction Management Certification

•

Experience in utility or nuclear/energy industry a plus
