Description Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager with coordinating project jobs, schedules and work milestones
- Handle all tracking of work orders from job creation to billing
- Consolidate redlined maps into billable format
- Maintain inventory tracking software
- Provide excellent customer service both internally as well to customers and vendors
- Troubleshoot and research discrepancies with work orders and inventory
- Facilitate relationship and paperwork between MP Nexlevel and subcontractors
- Prepare and submit work change orders
- Coordinate external and internal correspondence
- Safety training as required by position
- Paperwork filing and maintenance as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School education or GED
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including high proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
- Must have the ability to work and communicate effectively with employees and customers
- Possess the ability to multi-task and handle a variety of tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Must have excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines with accuracy
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior Administrative experience

Wage: $28/hr to $35/hr
