BCP is seeking a Project Controls Manager. The Project Controls Manager will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling assigned projects by analyzing schedules, budgets and risks to ensure successful project completion. The ideal candidate will facilitate communication, implement standardized processes for improved efficiency, and manage changes. This role requires skills in cost estimating, scheduling, risk management, and expertise in project management software. The key responsibilities will include developing and managing project budget and personnel, providing strategic direction for project controls functions, coordinating with other teams to monitor spend; ensure process consistency and team efficiency; managing resource allocation; identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies.

Minimum Requirements

: Prior utility experience is required (see highlighted note below). High school diploma required. 10 years of project controls and/or scheduling experience required. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Controls Manager.

Preferred Requirements

: Prior T&D experience is a huge plus. Bachelor degree in engineering, construction management, business or a related field is highly preferred.

Physical Requirements

: Must be capable of climbing, walking, kneeling, bending, and lifting as part of daily job responsibilities. Ability to lift a minimum of 35 – 60 lbs.
