Project Manager at Siemens Energy

How You’ll Make an Impact

- Arrange both internal and external resources to facilitate the smooth planning and implementation of projects. This entails discussing and advising customers on goals and specifications to offer technical solutions.

- Accountable for overseeing achievements and adherence to budgets and schedules, taking actions to reduce non-conformance costs and crafting and upkeeping detailed project documentation.

- Build and maintain connections with customers and all internal and external project collaborators.

- Perform ongoing risk management during projects to identify and mitigate risks.

- Ensure adherence to PM standards and Business Conduct Guidelines (e.g., Tax regulations, Export Control, EHS).

- Lead teams with a collaborative approach to successfully implement project plans and achieve world-class results.

What You Bring

- 3 – 5 years Project Management experience.

- PMP or Prince2 certification is a requirement.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Prior experience or knowledge of mechanics and rotating machinery (Gas and steam turbines, Generators) will be an advantage.

- Must be goal-oriented, comfortable working in diverse teams, and experienced in managing multiple tasks.

- Proven ability to strictly adhere to project timelines and budgets.

- A determined and proactive approach with a drive to achieve outstanding project outcomes.
