We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Professional III to support our nuclear development organization. This position plays a critical role in project planning, scheduling, cost control, and performance analysis for large, complex, multi-disciplinary projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in Primavera P6 scheduling, cost management, and earned value methodology, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules (Level 1–5) using Primavera P6.
- Integrate schedules with cost estimates to produce resource-loaded cost flow projections.
- Monitor and report on schedule deviations, cost variances, and project risks.
- Support Project Managers with scope definition, ETC (Estimate to Completion), and corrective action planning.
- Enter and manage project data in relevant systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and present reports, recovery plans, and variance analyses to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
- Education/Experience (one of the following):
- Bachelor’s degree + 8 years of project controls/project management experience. - AA degree + 9 years of experience. - High School diploma/GED + 11 years of experience.- Formal training in Primavera P6 or equivalent project management software.
- Strong knowledge of earned value management, project controls, and cost/schedule analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Project, Word, and PowerPoint.
- PMP, PBA, SP, CAPM, or RMP certification.
- Experience in nuclear, renewable energy, or construction industries.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Asset Suite, Workday Adaptive Planning, or GAAP.
- Experience supporting projects $25M+ budget.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
