The Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering cross-functional business projects that support NOCO’s strategic initiatives, operational priorities, and culture of continuous improvement. Reporting to the Director of Business Excellence, this role ensures that projects are executed effectively, on time, and within scope while driving alignment across business units. The Project Manager will serve as a key partner to leaders and teams across NOCO, fostering collaboration, accountability, and measurable results.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of business projects across all NOCO divisions.
- Partner with executives and business unit leaders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring progress is tracked and communicated effectively.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication between departments to keep projects aligned with business goals.
- Identify risks and barriers, implementing solutions and escalating when necessary to ensure success.
- Support the Director of Business Excellence in managing the project portfolio and prioritizing initiatives.
- Lead by example by not only managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, but also stepping in to actively support project tasks when needed—ensuring momentum, team alignment, and successful project delivery.
- Apply project management best practices, tools, and methodologies to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Track and report project outcomes, ensuring deliverables are achieved and business impact is measured.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field required; PMP or related certification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, ideally within a cross-functional or multi-unit environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from initiation through completion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
