The Project Administrator is responsible for assisting with the jobsite accounting functions.

- Onboarding of new CSS employees, verification of I-9 documents and processing paperwork to CSS.
- Time Management System, reports, and time verification of hourly employees. Run daily and weekly SmartBarrel reports and send to the LPL Solar team’s superintendent for approval of employees’ time.
- Work closely with the LPL Project Accountants and other LPL departments as needed.
- Process credit card and employee expense reports, maintain vendor certificates of insurance and process lien releases from vendors.
- Assist the Project Manager and the team as needed.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SmartBarrel, and Procore
- Experience with Procore, beneficial, but not required.
- Basic Bookkeeping

- High School diploma
- 2 years’ bookkeeping and/or Jr. Accounting experience
- Solar is a fast-moving, and growing field. Administrators are required on all projects.
- Health Insurance is available on the first of the month after 60 days of employment, shared cost between the employee and CSS.
