We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrator to support daily operations in our repair facility for commercial trucks. This role is responsible for managing service documentation, coordinating customer communications, maintaining repair schedules, processing work orders and invoices, and supporting the service team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Greet and assist customers; handle incoming calls and service inquiries
- Open and close repair orders, track job progress, and update customers
- Maintain accurate service records, parts orders, and technician time sheets
- Prepare and process invoices, estimates, and warranty claims
- Coordinate scheduling of service appointments and fleet repairs
- Support shop staff with administrative tasks and system entries
- Order office supplies and maintain organized documentation
- Previous experience in a service or repair facility preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and repair management software
