ob Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support capital and O&M project work. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning active and upcoming projects to internal governance processes. This role includes managing documentation, coordinating stakeholder communication, and supporting project engineers with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
•Prepare documentation including business cases, project plans, risk registers, project justification and award memos, scopes of work, and purchase requisition worksheets.
•Attend scheduling meetings and update project costs and schedules in Excel.
•Maintain and regularly update budget forecasts and stakeholder resource allocation in project management systems.
•Review and track project budgets and authorize additional contract funding via change orders or award memos.
•Monitor and track monthly invoices, prepare accruals where necessary.
•Review consultant deliverables such as monthly reports and meeting minutes for completeness.
•Coordinate internal stakeholder reviews for major deliverables and maintain review logs in Bluebeam and Procore.
•Ensure follow-up actions from stakeholder reviews are documented and completed.
Required Skills:
•Proficiency in MS Word (including indexing, cross-referencing).
•Strong Excel skills including SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables, and chart creation.
•Ability to clearly communicate technical information in written format.
•Experience with project or construction management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam.
•Familiarity with SAP or other PO tracking systems is a plus.
Education & Experience:
•Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent years of related experience.
•Prior experience in supporting engineering or capital projects preferred.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $24.54 - $26.56 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
