Project Administrator - Junior Level

Moffatt & Nichol specializes in large complex waterfront infrastructure projects and is recognized as one of the worldwide leaders in this field. We are actively looking for an Administrator to join our Chipley team.

+ Scheduling permit activities and meetings by use of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc…) + Documenting permit coordination meetings with minutes submitted for review, approval and finalization + Update/organize a status spreadsheet for permits which will track submission, approval, commencement of work, and closeout of work upon acceptance
