Team Leader- Mechanical Assembly- Serial Production

Compact Compression Inc. has an opening for a highly skilled, creative, hands on mechanic to lead a team who build and assemble production skid mounted oilfield equipment.

Primary Function: Lead employees and coordinate all shop floor activities. Oversee a team who assemble serial production machines. Providing input to the design for improved manufacturability, serviceability and durability. Responsible for managing a team of approximately 15 employees.

Qualifications: Must have superior mechanical skills, proven leadership skills, above average problem solving, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
