Team Leader- Mechanical Assembly- Serial Production

Responsibilities

Lead employees and coordinate all shop floor activities. Oversee a team who assemble serial production machines. Providing input to the design for improved manufacturability, serviceability and durability. Responsible for supervising a team of approximately 15 employees.

Qualifications

Above average mechanical skills, proven leadership skills, management/supervisor experience
