Pioneer Metal Finishing is now hiring General Labor!!Â

Our Rackers take pride in safely and efficiently unpackaging customer parts and carefully placing them on work racks. This work enables Line Operators to process the customer's product according to their specifications. Once the metal finishing process is complete, Rackers carefully remove the parts from work racks, package them and prepare them for shipping. This position will also be cross-trained into the Masking area. This is a critical step in the process, which involves applying tape or paint to certain areas of customer parts. This process step ensures parts are only processed in the correct areas according to specifications.Â

Pioneer provides all employees on-the-job training and development to ensure they follow proper procedures, identify quality issues, and understand all equipment used in the metal finishing process.
