Painter/Laborer

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter/Laborer to join our team. This role involves a variety of painting tasks in an industrial setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work. Attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude are essential for success in this position. We do not require the successful candidate to be a ticketed painter.

Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as necessary.

- Apply paint and other finishes using air less & air assist painting procedures.

- Cutting parts as necessary

- General shop duties as required

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of projects.

- Safe & effective operation of forklift &/or telehandler

- A commitment to safety practices on the job site is essential.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team is required.

- Ability to lift 50lbs safely and without assistance is required.

- Good written & verbal communication in the English language

Experience

- Proven experience in commercial & industrial painting is preferred.

- Proven experience with air less & air assist painting required.

- Familiarity with blueprint reading is a plus.

Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
