Painter / Coating Technician

We are looking to hire for our paint and coating department. This role will perform all final painting of pumps and will also run our blast and metal spray coating machine.

Full time position with opportunity to grow

- Experience painting using a spray gun, mixing paint, is preferred.

- PPE is required for this role, including the use of a respirator, gloves, steel toes, hearing plugs and safety glasses.

- Keep a safe and clean area. Must be willing to clean up work areas daily and weekly to keep the area safe.

- Must have a good morale and be willing to work as a member of shop team, be able to fill-in and help out in other areas.

- Conduct basic preventative maintenance.

- Position requires person to regularly stand, lift up to 40 LBs, and be able to stagger breaks when needed.

- This role is M through F. We work from 7:30AM to 4:30PM M - Th, 7:30AM to 11:30AM (or until 40 hours are hit).

- Overtime opportunities exist based on orders and employee could be asked to come in outside standard hours to paint, based on when pumps ship and dry times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
