Read tape measure, calipers, shop travelers, work instructions
· Sets up and safely operates equipment per instructions
· Selects and installs blade or consumables as needed
· Verifies material against shop ticket and measurement
· Understand quality objectives according to job requirements
· Sets controls to adjust speed, feed rate, and blade tensions
· Verifies dimensions of finished part using measuring devices
· Monitors drops for use on other jobs and to ensure inventory control
