Production Operator

Job Overview

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our employee-owned team. No experience needed; we will provide full training.

Responsibilities

- Operate grinding machines, kick presses, and perform various secondary tasks

-Assist Shipping Department in packaging parts

- Perform quality control checks using precision measuring instruments

- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications

Skills

- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, but not required.

- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments like calipers preferred, but not required.

- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
