The Production Control Assistant role is responsible for managing the documentation requirements from quotation to product delivery. Additional support activities include customer interaction and purchasing. Must be able to work independently, be productive, be well organized, detail oriented, and able to professionally communicate with internal and external customers
- Review purchase orders for accuracy
- Order entry
- Print and organize production work instructions
- Print shipping documents and invoices
- Customer interfacing via phone and email
- Manages reception area and looks after visitors
- Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
- Supports purchasing requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
- Experience with manufacturing Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Systems a plus
Positions entails computer-based data-entry and documentation management - ability to learn to use Aqua Blasting's MRP will be a requirement
