· Create Internal Work Orders for steel production machines.
· Review open order reports to prioritize setups
· Prioritize workflow by customer due dates. React quickly to urgent customer requests.
· Collaborate with sales, customer service, and purchasing to cover customer requirements.
· Fully participate in and support the Horizon Steel Quality System, including ISO 9001/IATF 16949 regulations.
· Train to backup the administrative receiving process.
· Collect and review completed internal work orders.
· 1 to 3 years work experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
· Strong Computer skills. Comfortable with Outlook email, Excel, and learning internal ERP system.
· Good math skills: Addition, subtraction, multiplication. Comfortable with numbers and measurements.
