Operations Coordinatorto join our dynamic Operations team.
- Be the backbone of the Operations team by providing essential administrative support to the Operations Manager, Shop Foreman, and Logistics Supervisor.
- Maintain accurate timekeeping and schedules for our technicians to keep projects on track.
- Manage vital reports, logs, and shipments with precision and attention to detail.
- Handle warranty claims and vendor communications smoothly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep our company systems up to date for seamless operations.
- Support logistics, tracking deliveries, and documentation that keep our business moving.
- Assist with onboarding and training to help new team members hit the ground running.- 5+ years of administrative or operations support experience — bonus points for power generation or industrial sectors!
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems like Sage and Salesforce.
- Superb organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.
This is an office-based role with occasional exposure to shop and warehouse spaces. You’ll move between environments and manage some light equipment handling.
