Description: The Product Training Specialist is responsible for training end users on the proper operation and maintenance of the products we sell. This includes refining, implementing, and maintaining the established training curriculum. Employee will be responsible for scheduling training with end users, researching and acquiring travel accommodations, and following up after training is completed. Training will take place at both the customer locations (throughout the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean Islands) and at our offices located in Rochester, Indiana. Most training is done during weekdays, but occasional weekend travel will be required.
Other duties will be assigned when training is not being performed. This includes but is not limited to: preparing equipment and vehicles for delivery, demonstrating equipment, delivering vehicles, creating online training content, and cleaning.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm (hours can vary depending on customer needs) - Most training is done during weekdays, but occasional weekend travel will be required.

Travel Required: Frequent travel required throughout North America – 10 to 15 days per month average.
Passport: Required and must be current and valid, and able to travel across borders without restrictions.
Driving: Must have a clean driving record, valid driver's license, and ability to be insured. Must be able to drive box trucks, cargo vans, and other vehicles. Satisfactory results from Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check are required. Must have a current DOT physical or be able to pass one before first day of employment. CDL is not required but must be able to pass and maintain a DOT physical.
Environment: Indoor and outdoor, including inclement weather.
Necessary Skills: Operation and general knowledge of electronics, computers, and mechanical systems. Ability to lift at least 70 pounds. Must be reliable, punctual, and have an attention to detail. Highly proficient in public speaking with groups of less than 20 people is also required. Ability to pass background check required.
Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
