Summary: Leads the strategy development and commercial growth of the Dresser Flow Safe business with a focus on long-term, profitable growth.
· 10+ years of business to business product line commercial experience, preferably with engineered products in the energy products sector.
· 5+ years experience in Pressure Relief Valves
· Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining growth strategies
· Strong understanding of the Pressure relief valve product lines, sales channels and aftermarket business.
· Comfortable leading a cross functional team of direct and indirect reports including engineering, marketing, international operations, sourcing, quality, and sales personnel.
· Undergraduate degree in Marketing or Engineering, MBA preferred.
· Must possess strong verbal, written, communication and presentation skills.
· Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products and be skilled at building presentations which effectively communicate a desired message.
· Work as part of the Global leadership team for Dresser Flow Safe and Dresser Control
· Lead development and execution of the global business strategy for Dresser Flow Safe
· Lead aftermarket strategy and GTM plan build out
· Own the 5 year strategy and annual GDP processes
· Lead product strategy, pricing, aftermarket and NPI
· Lead creation and development of global marketing plans
· Determine and communicate product value positions to sales teams and customers
· Lead product line Voice of Customer efforts to define and develop new products
· Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, manufacturing, and operations to drive successful product launches and growth
· Create, maintain, and communicate the marketing budget to ensure a balanced budget
· Lead communications activities including tradeshows, literature, print, public relations, sales force training, etc.
· Support the global sales team with marketing and technical expertise
