Ÿ Responsible for executing and achieving key metrics in product category including optimizing profitability and margins
Ÿ Assists in developing and managing product roadmaps and assists and/or leads new product initiatives through the eyes of the end user’s unmet needs to create unique value - from initial research through product launch and results
Ÿ Global launch preparation and controlling of the launch success as member of project-team
Ÿ Guide trainers in the SBU (train the trainers)
Ÿ Study and consider sales chances and align the product strategy for all KOKI brands
Ÿ Market research: market information/ statistics within report preparations; provide methodology and support to members to conduct surveys
Ÿ Life cycle management though maximizing product SKU productivity, ensuring profitability and rationalization
Ÿ Partners with sales team through participation in key customer planning and meetings, channel initiatives, and product training for assigned categories
Ÿ Collaborate with marketing communications on go-to-market strategy to meet category and business objectives
Ÿ Partner with channel and SCM teams to ensure accurate new product forecasts, as well as alignment on promotion activities
Ø Drive business results with strong financial aptitude and business planning
Ø Expertise in forecasting, selling strategies, and go-to-market execution
Ø In-depth knowledge of competitive intelligence, market analysis, and segmentation
Ø Advocate for customer needs, ensuring alignment between product features and end-user requirements
Ø Guide product development based on customer feedback and market trends
Ø Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to ensure smooth product delivery
Ø Foster open communication and teamwork, balancing priorities across departments
Ø Develop long-term product strategies aligned with business objectives Ability to spot trends/ long-term foresight
Ø Stay ahead of market trends, using data-driven insights to adapt the product roadmap
Ø Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch to end of life
Ø Ensure product quality, technical feasibility, and alignment with market demands

Ø Ability to navigate challenges and drive solutions in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ø Proficient in tools such as MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations
Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of product management experience or power tool experience (marketing/technical background preferred)
Ability to read, write, and present business and technical information clearly
Competence in applying statistical and mathematical concepts to practical situations
