IronRidge is seeking a Product Manager to grow our residential and commercial product segments while streamlining and optimizing its current product portfolio. This role will be at the heart of ensuring we continue developing products that appeal to our customers, while implementing the right strategy to grow revenue and improve margins.
This position will identify new opportunities, translate those opportunities into product requirements, and partner with extended cross-functional teams of engineering, marketing, supply chain, sales, and finance to create and launch new products or iterations.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic professional who is energetic, creative, and highly organized. Previous product development and product line management, category, or brand management experience highly desirable. Solar or renewable energy industry experience preferred but not required.
This position can be based in either our Hayward, CA or Phoenix, AZ office. As a hybrid position, you'll work 2-3 days/week from your assigned office, and the remaining days remotely.
We offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, education and location. We anticipate the base salary for this position to be between $105,000 and $130,000/annually, if located in the San Francisco Bay Area market. In addition to base salary, Enstall employees are eligible for either an annual bonus or commission, depending on their position.
