Product Manager

Location: 4018 Westhollow Parkway, Houston, TX 77082

Summary

As Product Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of our product lines. This extends from increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new products for the company. Must be able to act as a liaison between the Sales department and Product Management, deal with customers both internal and external, as well as technical product support and pricing issues.

Essential Functions

Must be able to communicate with all areas of the company: (1) Engineering as a counterpart to define product release requirements. (2) Marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customers. (3) Serve as the internal and external promoter for your product offering, occasionally working with the sales channel and key customers.*

Duties and Responsibilities

Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
