Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Procore Administrator to lead the deployment and management of Procore systems within our organization. This role involves collecting business requirements from multiple departments, developing a comprehensive project plan for Procore implementation, and ensuring its long-term maintenance and optimization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Management), particularly in power plant construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
•Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from various departments (e.g., engineering, procurement, construction, finance) regarding their needs and expectations for the Procore system. Translate these requirements into functional specifications for the system configuration and customization.
•Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans for Procore deployment, including timelines, resource allocation, budget management, risk assessment, and communication strategies. Manage the execution of these plans, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
•System Configuration and Customization: Collaborate with technical teams to configure and customize the Procore system to meet the specific needs of the organization. This may involve data mapping, workflow design, report development, and integration with other systems.
•Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on how to effectively utilize the Procore system. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing their questions and resolving any issues that arise.
•System Maintenance and Optimization: Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including software updates, data backups, and system performance monitoring. Identify opportunities for system optimization and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
•Vendor Management: Manage relationships with Procore software vendors, including contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
•Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation related to the Procore system, including user manuals, training materials, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
•Compliance and Security: Ensure the Procore system complies with all relevant regulations and security policies. Implement appropriate security measures to protect sensitive data.
•Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Procore technology and best practices. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the use of the system.
•Integration: Collaborate with IT, procurement, and project management teams to integrate Procore with existing systems and workflows.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
•Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering).
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in Procore management and deployment.
•Extensive experience working on EPC and EPCM projects, specifically within the power plant construction industry.
•Strong project management skills, including experience in planning, executing, and monitoring complex projects.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Proficiency in using Procore software (specify the software if applicable).
•Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Certification in project management (e.g., PMP).
•Experience with data integration and reporting tools.
•Knowledge of contract management principles.
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in Procore system management and deployment.
•Proven expertise in EPC and EPCM projects, particularly in power plant construction.
•Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier coordination.
•Experience in integrating procurement software with NetSuite ERP, Salesforce and project management systems such as P6.
•Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
•Strong communication skills to interact effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders.
