This role assists the Plant Manager and Plant Foreman in coordinating production activities in the quarry crushing plant. They will assist in the coordinating contractors and supervising craft workers within the pit and plant environment. They are responsible for monitoring work performance, progress and productivity of the operators and miners. This position will lead maintenance and repair efforts on the crushing equipment. The successful candidate for this role will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence and be able to successfully impart a safety mindset and focus to the production team.
