Position Specific Description

This position will be part of the Power Generation Division Southwest Region Solar & Storage fleet supporting solar and storage assets in Blythe, CA, Desert Center, CA, and Palm Springs, CA. The individual in this role will utilize data analytics tools to monitor the performance of solar and storage assets to identify performance discrepancies and provide recommendations to site management on daily O&M activities to improve performance. This individual will also be responsible for leading routine root cause analysis (RCA) efforts for operations and equipment problem-solving. Other duties include performing downtime editing (DTE) of equipment downtime and performing other functions to support daily O&M activities.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

- Plans and conducts work requiring judgment in independent evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation/modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria

- Devises new solutions to problems encountered

- Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's - Engineering from an ABET-accredited engineering program

- Experience: 2+ years

- Valid Driver's License (NON CDL)

The estimated base pay for this position is $92,000.00 to $138,000.00 per year. Starting pay will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, job-related and industry knowledge and skills and education/training.
