Key Responsibilities:
•Manage calendars, appointments, and reminders
•Track expenses and organize financial and administrative records
•Coordinate personal and occasional professional logistics (e.g., travel, appointments, errands)
•Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
•Prepare and edit written correspondence and spreadsheets
•Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with care
•Provide occasional on-site support (errands, document handling, organizing)
•Troubleshoot minor technology issues (e.g., printer problems, device syncing)
•Communicate effectively via email, phone, and text
Qualifications:
•Must live within 30 miles of Chapel Hill, NC
•Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative or personal assistant experience
•Strong computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office required
•Experience with Apple/macOS systems preferred
•Comfortable troubleshooting minor tech issues (printers, syncing, etc.)
•Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
•High level of discretion, integrity, and reliability
•Detail-oriented with a strong aptitude for numbers and recordkeeping
•Self-starter who works well independently with minimal oversight
Requirements:
•Must pass a background check, drug screening, and credit check
•Must have access to a quiet, secure remote work setup
•Flexible availability to respond to time-sensitive needs during agreed-upon hours
Compensation: Hourly, commensurate with experience
