Job Title: Office/Personal Assistant
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office/Personal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various office tasks, ensuring efficient operations, and providing support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage and organize spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
•Handle email correspondence and maintain professional communication with clients and team members.
•Utilize QuickBooks for invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
•Organize and manage files in Dropbox, ensuring easy retrieval and data security.
•Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
•Perform various administrative tasks to support daily office operations.
•Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
Qualifications:
•Previous experience as an office or personal assistant preferred.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
•Familiarity with QuickBooks and Dropbox.
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•High level of discretion and confidentiality.
