Parts Service Specialist

Job Description Summary

As a member of the Boiler Parts – Product Administration Team, you will be an active contributor to the delivery of replacement parts and services that will help a customer maintain and operate their boiler safely. This role will require you to collaborate with a fast-paced, cross functional, multi-product team to process and drive the successful execution of parts orders to the customer.

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a focus on STEM or Business; OR (Associate’s degree from an accredited university or college with a focus on STEM or Business with at least 2 years of experience in technical sales & services or technical customer service; OR* A high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in experience in technical sales & services or technical customer service)

Desired Characteristics

The base pay range for this position is $72,400 - $90,500 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation of 5%. This posting is expected to close no earlier than May 19, 2025. * The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
