Job Purpose:Â

Voltyx is currently seeking a Certified Payroll Specialist. The Certified Payroll Specialist at Voltyx will provide the day-to-day support for the Labor Compliance Analyst and Coordinator. This specialist will aid in entering the weekly certified payroll data that is collected by the coordinator, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness to meet deadlines for the customers. This position will report to the Labor Compliance Analyst.

Qualifications Preferred:Â

High School Diploma or GED

Understanding importance of deadlines and accuracy.

Knowledge of the payroll process.

Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be able to work independently and complete tasks with little or no supervision.

Must be detail oriented.

Knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook (Required)

Knowledge of LCP Tracker and WH347 Certified Payroll (Required)

Knowledge of prevailing wage (Required)
