Directly responsible for supporting construction documents, at the direction of the Superintendent and General Foreman. Project Managers, and Project Engineers, in coordination with Foreman in field. To assist with company communications, fielding documentations. This is a full-time position with room for growth.
Expected daily schedule is Monday-Friday, 6:00 am-2:30 pm. Additional hours in the morning, evenings and weekends may be required / offered depending on workload. If applicant is a student, a part-time schedule can be discussed leading up to degree completion.
Work is Headquartered in Camino, CA but training will be held in Chico, CA for 2-week onboarding period.
The applicant would be working out of theCamino, CA Mobile Office.
· in Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
· Experience with Construction Software ( PlanGrid / Autodesk Build is a plus )
· A degree in Construction Management, a degree in-progress, or equivalent experience in industry
· Field experience in construction, comfort and understanding around jobsites and the safety hazards they present
· Organize project documents before and after construction through Digital and hard copies.
· Document completion of RFI’s and Change Orders
· Assist with generating project as-builts organizing and filing
· Assist with paperwork and communications, including emails, phone calls and text messaging.
· Support General Foremen and Managers when scheduling details are needed for completion. I.e., Hotel Bookings for out-of-town work, etc.
· Filling out, reviewing, processing Daily unit sheets
· Material tracking ordering, in coordination with GF and groundman in the yard
· The need to print, scan & assign tasks on site.
