About This Job
•
File all expenses, purchases, sales, bank receipts and voided checks
•
Sort & file all divisions: Cash reconciliation, Accounts Payable and scale check batches.
•
Keep log of boxes filled and sent to Whse.
•
Enter invoices information onto spreadsheet.
•
Help sort mail
•
Answer phones
•
Occasionally make up packets for new employees and health packets
•
Make copies
•
Create file labels
•
Must have Microsoft office experience in Word and Excel
•
Scanning - document imaging experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
