About the Role:

As a Payroll Clerk, you will play an important role in supporting the payroll process for our Canadian operations. While payroll experience is an asset, we welcome candidates with strong administrative or office experience, especially those comfortable with balancing spreadsheets and working with numbers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in processing semi-monthly payroll for Canadian employees

· Support payroll balancing and reconciliation processes using spreadsheets

· Maintain employee data and records with a high degree of accuracy

· Handle confidential payroll information with integrity and professionalism

· Collaborate with internal departments to address payroll inquiries

· Perform administrative support duties related to payroll as required

· Involvement with Benefits and RRSP’s

Qualifications & Skills:

· 1–2 years of payroll or relevant office experience is an asset but not required

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook

· Exceptional attention to detail — accuracy is critical in this role

· Strong time management and organizational skills

· Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Experience with ADP is an asset but not necessary (training will be provided)

· Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset but not required

Pay: $19.24-$25.58 per hour
