Part-Time Leasing Associate, Tenant Relations Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent/ Tenant Relations team member to work part time, 25-30 hours a week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the managing and leasing process for our properties in Seattle and Renton, 6 properties totaling about 60 Units. There is also the possibility to take on other properties in Tacoma/Kent for more hours. Role will be responsible for tenant relations, building oversight, and the leasing of apartments, while ensuring a positive experience for prospective, and existing tenants and adhering to Fair Housing regulations. Some time on weekends will be required for showings, as this is one of the best times to show for prospective tenants. This role requires strong customer service skills, administrative capabilities, and a keen understanding of property management software.

This role could also potentially include more time spent doing property management if a more full time role is desired, with a qualified candidate.

Bonuses above hourly rate for amount for new move ins depending on time unit has been vacant.
