Job Title: Leasing Office Manager
Job Description: Our Leasing office Manager will take the lead in managing our leasing agents as well as the functions of the leasing department. This person should offer experience in many areas of leasing and administration and plays an integral role in providing accurate and detailed information and daily leasing functions along with strong administrative support.
Responsibilities:
May include, but not limited to:
Working in Yardi Voyager, Yardi CRM, and Rent Cafe.
•Answering prospect and tenant inquiries via email and phone
•Receiving and processing prospective tenant applications in an accurate and timely fashion
•Following up with qualified applicant and entering follow up notes
•Providing denial communication to unqualified applicants
•Preparation of Residential lease documents and addendums
•Signing of leases with tenants
•Schedule move in appts with Field Supervisor
•Ready all paperwork for Move-ins and Move-outs
•Receiving of tenant security deposits into Yardi and preparing bank deposit
•Listing vacant rental properties on multiple marketing sites and company website per company standards.
•Utility Transfer requests
•Run Reports for Management
•Following up with tenant reviews to improve customer experience
•Assisting management with various projects
•Timely and accurate filing
•General Administrative tasks
Qualifications/Skills:
•Willingness to learn the residential leasing and business
•Professional and able to work with minimal supervision
•Ability to learn new skills and be flexible
•Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task
•Ability to present information in a professional and clear manner
•Ability to think outside of the box and offer new ideas as communities grow
•Research projects and tasks as a self-starter
•Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with co-workers and management.
•Arrives for work as scheduled and on time
•Reliable transportation to and from work
•Ability to pass full background check and drug test
Education &
Experience: Minimum of one-year of Customer Service/Administrative Experience.

Company Info: Located in Olathe, KS – Properties are throughout Johnson Co., KS and S. Wyandotte Co., KS
Hours – Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm (30-minute unpaid lunch daily), No Overtime
