Job Title: Community Engagement & Leasing Coordinator
Location: The Westcott at Canton Apartments (55+), Canton, Georgia
Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Weekdays with occasional weekends. 6 – 8 property sanctioned events averaging about 15 hours per week
Salary: Hourly, $18 - $22 per hour

Position Summary:
This dual-role position is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, building community, and helping prospective residents find their perfect home. We are seeking a creative and organized Community Engagement & Leasing Coordinator to plan, organize, work within a budget, and oversee a wide variety of engaging programs and events for our residents as well as assist in the leasing process. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, a creative thinker with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, dedicated to enhancing resident satisfaction while supporting leasing and occupancy goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement Coordinator:
•Develop and implement a monthly calendar of events, including social, educational, cultural, and recreational activities
•Coordinate logistics for on-site and off-site events (room set-up, supplies, transportation, vendors, etc.)
•Build relationships with local organizations and service providers
•Promote events within the community through our resident communication
•Collaborate with staff and residents to ensure activities meet community interests and needs
•Monitor attendance and collect feedback to continually improve offerings
•Ensure all events are compliant with safety regulations and community policies
•Follow a monthly budget for resident events and resident relations
Leasing Coordinator:
•Promote the community to prospective residents through tours, open houses, and marketing efforts.
•Respond promptly to inquiries, provide information, and follow up with leads to maintain occupancy targets.
•Assist with application processing, lease preparation, and move-in coordination.
•Maintain accurate records in the property management system.
Qualifications:
•2+ years of experience in event planning coordination, leasing, sales, or senior living.
•Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Comfortable working with mature adults and understanding their interests and needs
•Creative, outgoing, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital design tools a plus
•High school diploma or equivalent
