Part-Time Leasing Agent / Property Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Leasing Agent and Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our residential properties. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in maintaining well-managed homes. Responsibilities include showing rental units to prospective tenants, responding to inquiries, processing rental applications and background checks, and assisting with lease agreements and renewals.

In addition to leasing support, the role involves coordinating maintenance requests, following up with vendors to ensure timely repairs, and performing periodic property inspections to help maintain property standards. This is a hands-on position focused on providing excellent service to both current and prospective residents.
