Job Description:

As a Part-Time Apprentice at Echo One Adventures, you’ll work side by side with skilled technicians to learn how we build and install off-grid power systems. This role is perfect for someone curious about solar, electrical, or mechanical work, and who’s looking to get hands-on experience in a growing field.

You’ll start by assisting with installations and setup—but over time, you’ll gain real-world training in how to plan, build, and test reliable solar and lithium battery systems for RVs, vans, and trailers. If you're eager to learn a real trade and work with your hands, this is your chance.

Requirements:

· Eager to Learn a Trade: Excited to build skills in solar, electrical, or off-grid energy systems

· Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and basic digital tools—this work involves modern tech, and we need someone who can adapt quickly

· Tool Comfort: Some familiarity with hand or power tools is a plus (even personal projects count!)

· Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions carefully and work with accuracy

· Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 100lbs, climb ladders, and work in both indoor and outdoor environments

· Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required

· Positive Attitude: You’re dependable, friendly, and a team player who takes pride in a job well done
