Position Summary: The main responsibility of this position is to provide information and assistance to Range's lessors, royalty interest owners, overriding interest owners, and working interest owners in response to verbal and written inquiries regarding leases, interests, and payments and support to the land administration department.
Provide assistance to owners with changes and/or updates to their accounts * - address changes, mailing out deceased letters, and transfer requirements for various areas, etc. in order to establish any changes to the distribution of revenue.

Requirements: Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED, some college preferred
Minimum Experience: 1+ years' in call center environment or other applicable experience; oil/gas preferred
Skills: Excellent Communication (verbal and written), professional phone etiquette, ability to remain calm under pressure, organizational skills, time management skills, general administrative skills
Equipment/Machinery: Microsoft office, Horizon/AS 400, Scanning software, 10-key, ServiceNow software
