The

Commerce Digital Solutions Technical Product Owner

will lead initiatives focused on maintaining and enhancing our legacy SAP Commerce Cloud platform, while actively contributing to the design and implementation of a new Salesforce-based Commerce portal. This role will bridge current operational needs with future system evolution, ensuring continuity, innovation, and a seamless customer experience. The Digital Technical Product Owner II works hand in hand with stakeholders, partners, and the digital IT team to lead the development and delivery of high-quality products that meet both user needs and business objectives. Manages and executes digital priorities to bring a regional roadmap to market a increase customer satisfaction, user experience, and revenue growth.

Supports the integration design based on business needs and best practices and makes recommendations while evaluating impacts.

Responsibilities Include:

Supporting the execution of regional product features for both the legacy SAP Commerce Cloud platform and the future Salesforce Commerce/CRM solution, ensuring business continuity and seamless transition planning, serving as the conduit between the business and IT for product development for mid-sized projects through the Agile methodology. Leads the development of a product from the discovery phase to release to the users, optimizing it at every release. Provides regular reporting and steering committee updates including product scope, schedule, and planning. Contribute to the strategic migration from SAP Commerce Cloud to a Salesforce-based CRM and Commerce Solution, helping define integration points, user stories, and transition roadmaps.
Owns regional prioritized sprint backlog for the Customer Experience product portfolio that includes legacy commerce and future platforms. Gathers business requirements in order to write user stories that align with the features and ensure the regional sprint backlog stays full and is prioritized. Develops user stories from prioritized features, identifies acceptance criteria for user stories, approves each user story during the sprint, and ensures that user stories meet the acceptance criteria and are updated in the system. Collaborates with project teams, between functions, and with management to resolve issues. Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path activities. Takes ownership of escalated issues, risks, challenges and proactively works to resolve them. Works with other digital and IT teams on joint user stories.
Working alongside Senior Product Owners and Senior Leadership, providing input to a multi-year vision and yearly roadmap based on customer feedback, corporate strategy, and data. Provides regional priorities and guidance to executive leadership for the overall plan, roadmap, and vision by understanding the impact and business case of the product to the customer lifetime value.
Consultant for defining the business processes for product portfolio regional features. Ensures that business processes are developed and defined for delivered features for both current and future state. Advises the digital lead to understand the change impacts for stakeholders.
Works with the senior product owner and leadership team to understand product KPI’s to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and increase adoption. By making data-driven decisions, iterates on features to enhance user satisfaction. Identifies areas for improvement and optimization that drive the maximum value for the business objectives.
This role will work cross-functionally with IT, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Master Data Management, Product Content Management, Customer Service, B2B Portal Support, eCommerce, Training Solutions, and Customer Experience resources. It will also partner with 3rd party vendors.


What You’ll Need

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, technology, engineering, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum six years of experience in Product Owner, Business Analyst, IT, or related experience
Minimum six years of agile development, strategic, cross-project coordination to ensure for effective use of corporate resources


What Will Set You Apart

5+ years of Salesforce experience
3+ years of website development experience (for the business)
Scrum Master or equivalent certification.
Certified Scrum Product Owner or equivalent certification.
Agile project management or equivalent certification.
Product management of large web, e-commerce, or Salesforce projects
