Technical Sales Representative – Oil & Gas (Core Design / Downhole Tools / Sand & Flow Control)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven and well-connected Technical Sales Representative with strong ties in the oil & gas industry. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on selling *, downhole tools, sand control screens and flow control devices, and sand/flow control solutions. You'll work closely with engineering and operations to deliver custom solutions to our clients across Western Canada.
What You’ll Do:
•Develop and manage key customer relationships across oil & gas operators and service companies
•Identify new opportunities and drive sales from concept to close
•Present and promote technical solutions for downhole tools, , and sand screens and flow control devices
•Work with our engineering and production teams to ensure alignment between client needs and product capabilities
•Represent our company at meetings, and industry events
What You Bring:
•Proven sales experience in oil & gas (5+ years preferred)
•Strong network in the Calgary and Western Canadian O&G industry
•Deep understanding of downhole tools, completions, or sand/flow control systems
•Technical background and/or engineering knowledge is a strong asset
•Self-motivated, strategic, and customer-focused
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills
