As an Outside Sales Consultant (Roof Inspector), you will play a pivotal role in our growth and success by providing roofing and exterior improvement solutions to homeowners. You will conduct in-home inspections, assess customer needs, and deliver compelling presentations to help homeowners make informed decisions.
Our ideal candidate is an ambitious, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a customer-first mindset. You must be comfortable working in residential environments, climbing ladders, walking on roofs, and inspecting attic spaces.

Follow up on company-provided leads, complete bids, and close sales.
Conduct multiple in-home roofing and exterior inspections daily.
Identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and guide them through the consultation process.
Deliver dynamic, company-approved presentations to educate and inform homeowners.
Maintain a professional and organized appearance, including vehicle and sales materials.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows.
Ensure all necessary paperwork (contracts, financing, etc.) is properly completed.
Adhere to company sales processes and best practices.
In-home sales or home improvement sales experience preferred (roofing experience not required).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and build trust.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
Comfortable working on roofs, climbing ladders, and accessing attics.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (background check required).
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and iOS tools preferred.
Flexible weekly schedule with occasional evening and weekend (Saturday/Sunday) appointments.
Regularly engaged in outside sales, requiring travel to customer locations.
Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions.
Uncapped commission structure (current consultants earning 150-250k).
No cold calling – pre-set and pre-qualified leads provided by our call center & marketing team.
