To secure the business in Washington we are looking for an aggressive sales rep to join our team!
As an Outside Sales Representative in Baltimore and/or Washington, DC (or surrounding area), you will be a member of our winning US sales team. You are entrepreneurial, passionate, driven to succeed and hungry to make lots of money. Your primary job is to generate and grow your new business to successfully convert target audience to using our company's products.
Your focus is on meeting, managing and supporting local home builders, architects, General contractors, developers, installers & dealers in the Baltimore and Washington, DC (surrounding territory). You are an expert at building strong long-lasting relationships, growing new business in a challenging market, and providing solutions to the needs of current and future construction projects.
You are a true Hustler: organized, calculated, and persistent. Your passion and dedicated drive for success will make you money. You have a proven and verifiable track record in business-to-business sales and you’re able to handle objections and close business. You understand market development and how to accelerate products up the adoption curve. You are a high performer and you are eager for a new challenge to grow innovative products in a competitive market segment. You are comfortable handling constant pressure for growth in your job, and you want to stand out among your peers.

COMPENSATION
Compensation will include a competitive base salary and an attractive UNCAPPED commission program ($110,000 OTE in first year). It also includes car allowance, cell phone, laptop, expense account, an inspiring work environment and an awesome team setting.
