Waldroop Metal Buildings is an Oklahoma-based fabricator of pre-engineered metal buildings and components. We partner with contractors and developers across the region to deliver reliable, cost-effective building solutions.

The Role

We’re hiring Outside Sales Representatives to cover territories in Kansas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas. You’ll be the local face of Waldroop—building relationships, driving new business, and keeping us on every bid list in your state.

Responsibilities

· Develop and grow accounts with contractors and developers

· Prospect, cold call, and maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities

· Coordinate with estimating and drafting teams on quotes and proposals

· Drive sales from first contact through close

Qualifications

· Sales experience in construction, PEMB, or related industries

· Hunter mentality—comfortable cold calling and chasing new work

· Ability to read and discuss building drawings/specs

· Self-motivated, organized, independent operator

Compensation

· Base salary + uncapped commission

· Travel expenses covered

· Full support from estimating, drafting, and fabrication teams
